SASSIE STEARS
Founding Partner of Syzygy Consulting Inc.
Over a period of 20 years, SASSIE STEARS, was the co-publisher, managing editor and director of sales and marketing for Signature Barbados, the well-renowned local lifestyle magazine; “The Caribbean Architect”, a multilingual regional trade publication; and a variety of other publishing related projects. Her earlier work experience included ten years working in the airline industry; three years managing a wine bar on the West Coast of Barbados; and managing the office of an offshore shipping company. More recently she worked in the Barbados real estate fraternity at Island Villas; the Crane Resort; and until March 2019 as the sales and marketing coordinator for UNNA Luxury Resorts and Residences.
TRISTAN BLADES
Founding Partner of Syzygy Consulting Inc.
TRISTAN holds a BA in Administrative and Commercial Studies (Canada), a postgraduate diploma in International Business (Canada) and started her Master’s in Business at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. She worked in customer sales and service for Craft Originators Inc., a division of Tsuchiya Corporation for eight years before working as the executive secretary and then development coordinator for the Barbados development and construction group JADA Group and Bjerkhamn Associates. At Millennium Investments Ltd. (The Crane Resort) she was the Development Coordinator before being promoted to the position of Sales Manager. Most recently she was the sales manager at UNNA Luxury Resort and Residences.
